AI Literacy & Basics
AI Literacy & Basics introduces core concepts and hands-on skills: prompt engineering for reliable outputs, data analysis, programming foundations (Python), machine learning and deep learning workflows, and ethical frameworks for responsible use. You'll also explore natural language processing (NLP) and "vibe coding"—shaping model tone, persona, and guardrails. Build projects that turn ideas into prototypes and understand how to evaluate, deploy, and iterate. This course was developed with input from Tyler Goodman, Chief AI Officer at VictoryXR, Kathleen Oullette, our curriculum specialist and myself, the CEO of VictoryXR.
